Half-Wit Wheat
A cross between an American Wheat and a Belgian Wit, this refreshing ale is made with white wheat, ground corriander, and fresh whole oranges! Simply delicious served with a slice of orange.

Hoptimistic IPA
Hoptimistic IPA(India pale ale) has intense hop bitterness and flavor. This ale is further characterized by fruity, floral and citrus-like aromas due to American-variety hops. This copper/orange hued ale has a nicely balanced medium maltiness which contributes to a medium body that goes down easy, leaving a lingering bitterness that is hard to resist.

Tornado Alley Amber Ale
American amber ale, with a rich red hue. Made with American variety hops used to produce a medium-high hop bitterness, flavor, and aroma. The hops help to balance the malty caramel character. With a medium-full body, this ale has subtle fruitly aromas and flavors sure to please any beer lovers palate!

Pilsner
This crystal clear, filtered pilsner is sure to quench your thirst this summer. It is crisp and clean and full of flavor.

Seasonal- Tripel Wit
"A beer experience with a true distinction, our Triple wit is a unique bottle conditioned Belgian style ale. Made from two row barley, white wheat and rolled oats. To compliment the satiating taste only found by using a traditional top fermenting yeast, coriander and oranges are added. This addition during the brewing process lends to the delicate balance of flavors between the malt hops and yeast."

Barley Wine
Sip, Sit or Stand. The choice is yours, with one thing for certain, age defines grace. Our Barleywine style ale has proved to be no exception to this rule. Two Row Barley, Crystal malt, and Munich malt all prepare the canvas for an entourage of hops that will enlighten your pallet. Enjoy today and Savor tomorrow.

Oatmeal Stout
The subtle notes of coffee and a heavenly aroma of chocolate set the pace for our Oatmeal Stout. Its rich creamy mocha head and silky soft body are created by using a delicate balance of Roasted Barley, Chocolate Malt and Rolled Oats. First brewed as a winter seasonal our Oatmeal Stout is now available year round.

Seasonal - Explicit APA
American Pale Ale is not only the standard but the foundry for what has inspired the craft beer movement. Here at Charleville we wanted to celebrate the beer style that stands as the corner stone for what has made American craft brewing so great. Our Explicit APA is brewed with five additions of hops prior to the wort passing through the Hopback on its way to fermentation. To complete this full bodied ale dry hops are added during cold maturation to create a hop forward ale, with a transcendental copper hue. 14 Plato (2 row, Carapils and Crystal malts) 30 IBU (Cascade and Centennial hops) ABV 5.4%

Non-Alcoholic Old Style Root Beer
Thick, rich and creamy! This Charleville homemade root beer is like none you've ever tasted before.
